Name, email, delivery address, order details, and any artwork you upload. We don’t collect card details directly; these are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it?

To process and deliver your order and respond to enquiries. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with?

Order and artwork details are shared with our production partner in Turkey, who prints on our behalf, and with our shipping providers. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider and never stored on our systems.

Where your data goes?

Because our production partner is based in Turkey, order and artwork data may be transferred outside the UK. We only share what’s needed to produce and ship your order.

How long we keep it?

As long as necessary for accounting, legal, and customer service purposes.
