Orders

By placing an order, you confirm the artwork, specifications, and quantities you submit are correct. We produce exactly what’s provided unless you’ve selected Artwork Check or Design Support.

Artwork & IP

You confirm you own or have the right to use any artwork you upload, and that it doesn’t infringe on third-party rights. We don’t claim ownership of your designs.

Production

Labels are made to order once payment is confirmed. Timeframes on our Delivery page are estimates, not guarantees.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and confirmed at checkout; payment is taken in full before production begins.

Delivery

Cancellations & Refunds

Liability

We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.
